About The Role
This is a 4 month Secondment with potential to extend
MTVH are looking for a highly versatile and dynamic individual, who is confident working independently and comfortable within a team. An excellent communicator, who is people focused, outcome and target driven with top notch relationship management and time management skills.
As a member of the team, key desirable responsibilities will include
Deliver excellent aftercare for new build customers of any tenure by delivering a proactive onboarding process, advising and supporting customers in resolving property-related problems, ensuring expectations are managed and proactive resolutions are identified, sometimes needing problem solving skills and out of the box thinking
Proactive and regular liaison with contractors & housebuilders to ensure a positive working relationship, and that all reported defects are dealt with promptly, efficiently and satisfactorily.
Take ownership of scheme prior to handover through effective engagement with internal teas and touchpoints, such as attending delivery team meetings, familiarisation sessions, benchmark snagging session, etc.
Proactively spot snagging issues and defects on new builds both within customers' homes and within communal areas
Undertake home demonstrations if required, either in-person or recorded
Triage defect issues either remotely using images/video calls, or if necessary, to inspect in-person
Use and update systems for managing defects and customers

Willingness to work flexibly, manage own time well and travel to site multiple times a week as and when required
Clear understanding of defects liability process within the new build cycle
Experience of or exposure to managing the defects liability period (DLP) on new builds
Experience of working with or for housebuilders or large contractors
Experience or exposure to building sites and the build process
Experience of driving positive outcomes for a diverse range of customers
