Job Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. Support HR operations such as onboarding, employee documentation, and HRIS updates. Help in drafting HR policies, engagement activities, and training programs. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies. Handle employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
