Metro Global Solution Center (MGSC) is internal solution partner for METRO, a 31.5 Billion international wholesaler with operations in 32 countries through 625 stores & a team of 85,000 people globally.

Metro operates in a further 10 countries with its Food Service Distribution (FSD) business and it is thus active in a total of 34 countries.

MGSC, location wise is present in Pune (India), D- sseldorf (Germany) and Szczecin (Poland). We provide Finance, HR, IT & Business operations support to 31 countries, speak 24+ languages and process over 18,000 transactions a day.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensuring primary delivery responsibility for all issues or any change request for one or more HRIT solutions assigned.
• Ensure daily monitoring of quality KPIs to avoid any slippage or SLA breaches.
• Provide expert technical solution for any requirement or issue.
• Ensure updated documentation for primary solutions.
• Mentor back-ups / freshers in primary support module.
• Learn 1 or more HRIT solutions and act as back-up whenever required.
• Provide standby or back-up support whenever required.
• Should be ok to work in CE shift timings whenever Functional Skills :
• Atleast 7 years implementation / AMS experience in SAP HCM Functional modules like SAP PA, OM, Time Management.
• Should have expert experience in any one of the modules of Portal, HR Authorization, SAP ILM and Travel.
• HR ABAP coding or debugging skill is a plus.
• Previous experience using JIRA / Confluence tool is a :
• Any Graduation or higher in computer ,Information Technology, or any IT degree.
• Good communication skills to communicate with customers, team members.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
