Job Opening for CA Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities
A. Invoice Booking & Payments
- Oversee accurate and timely processing of general expense invoices in compliance with policies
- Lead and mentor the team; allocate invoices, review, and release payments
- Ensure timely booking of showroom petty cash expenses
- Resolve queries from team members and vendors
- Ensure all showroom-related invoices (SAP/email) are accounted for
B. Budget Alignment
- Partner with departments to align expenses with budgets and forecasts
- Monitor and report variances between actuals and budgets
C. Financial Reporting & Reconciliation
- Lead monthly & quarterly closures
- Coordinate provisions with cross-functional teams
- Prepare expense schedules for P&L
- Review and analyze General Ledger accounts and variances
D. Reporting & MIS
- Analyze tax transactions, reconcile GST, and report to CFO
- Reconcile TDS with books and portal
- Review expense MIS reports and share insights with stakeholders
- Present findings in monthly business review meetings
E. Automation
- Build and publish interactive dashboards using Power BI
- Drive automation in reporting and analytics for faster decision-making
F. People & Stakeholder Management
- Develop and execute team training plans
- Address team concerns proactively
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
