Absence Management Claim Specialist

As an Absence Management Claim Specialist, you will be responsible for processing disability claims, leaves of absence, and other absence-related claims. This includes reviewing and analyzing medical documentation, communicating with claimants and healthcare providers, and determining benefit eligibility and payment amounts. You will also assist with other claim-related tasks and help maintain accurate records and reporting.
