Job Title: Oracle PBCS
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Oracle PBCS (Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) Finance Consultant to join our dynamic team. Candidate must have a strong background in finance, with expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and the implementation of Oracle PBCS solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle PBCS solutions to meet the financial planning and budgeting needs of the organization.
Financial Analysis and Planning: Collaborate with finance teams to understand their planning, budgeting, and forecasting requirements and translate these into functional PBCS configurations.
System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of Oracle PBCS with other financial systems and data sources, facilitating accurate and timely financial reporting.
Customization and Enhancement: Customize and enhance PBCS applications to improve their performance, usability, and functionality based on user feedback and changing business needs.
User Training and Support: Provide training to end-users on Oracle PBCS functionalities and features and offer ongoing support to ensure efficient use of the system.
Data Management: Manage data loading, validation, and reconciliation processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity within Oracle PBCS.
Report Development: Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and templates within Oracle PBCS, enabling effective financial analysis and decision-making.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of PBCS configurations, processes, user guides, and training materials.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional finance certification (e.g., CA, CMA) is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience implementing and managing Oracle PBCS.
Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Oracle PBCS, including EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service). Proficiency with Smart View, Data Management, and Financial Reporting.
Strong Financial Acumen, Communication & Project Management Skills.
Certifications: Oracle PBCS or related certifications are preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
