We’re Looking for a CTO to Lead the Charge from 0 to 1
This is a rare opportunity to be the first technical hire and a founding member of a company that’s building something ambitious from the ground up.

You’ll lead the end-to-end tech journey—from defining the architecture to scaling the platform to millions. If you’ve been waiting for a chance to leave your mark and own the full tech vision of a fast-moving startup, this is it.

As Our First Technical Hire, You’ll:

1. Define and own the architecture of our core platform
2. Lead hands-on product development across backend, infrastructure, and integrations
3. Make critical technical decisions that will shape how we scale
4. Hire, mentor, and grow a world-class engineering team
5. Work directly with the founding team to align technology with product and business goals
6. Set up best practices across engineering, deployment, and security

You Might Be a Fit If You:

1. Have 5–10 years of experience in tech roles, including building and scaling products from scratch
2. Are fluent across the stack, with depth in backend/infrastructure
3. Thrive in early-stage environments where speed, ownership, and autonomy matter
4. Enjoy both building and leading—comfortable getting your hands dirty, and growing a team
5. Have strong product and business intuition, not just technical chops
6. Bonus: Experience in fintech, marketplaces, or building consumer-grade platforms
