Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Training & Consulting on Financial Markets Associate. The role involves developing and delivering training programs, designing instructional materials, and conducting workshops on financial market topics. Associates will provide guidance and consulting services to clients, ensuring understanding and implementation of financial market strategies. In addition to training, associates will offer excellent customer service and personalized support to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills
- Expertise in Training, Training & Development, and conducting sessions or workshops
- Knowledge of Instructional Design principles and practices
- Strong understanding of financial market concepts and strategies
- Ability to engage participants effectively in a remote training format
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field – or relevant work experience
- Previous experience in consulting or training is a plus
