About the Opportunity
We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) for our state-of-the-art FRP (Aluminium) manufacturing plant at Kathua, J&K. This opportunity is ideal for young metallurgical engineers who want to build a long-term career in one of the most advanced and growing aluminium manufacturing segments in India.
Candidates will get hands-on exposure to modern aluminium processing technologies, production systems, quality standards, and industrial best practices while working with experienced industry professionals. The role offers an excellent learning platform to develop technical expertise and establish a strong career in the aluminium and manufacturing industry.
Position
Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)-Metallurgy (only)
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Metallurgy
- Experience: Freshers can apply
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn manufacturing processes
Key Responsibilities
Caster Function
- Monitor and support aluminium casting operations
- Ensure process parameters and production quality standards
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams
- Maintain safety and operational discipline on the shop floor
CRM (Cold Rolling Mill)
- Assist in rolling mill process monitoring and optimization
- Track production performance and product specifications
- Support troubleshooting and process improvement activities
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Conduct quality inspections and testing of aluminium products
- Maintain quality records and documentation
- Support implementation of quality systems and corrective actions
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure product compliance
