Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Metallurgist located in Noida. The Metallurgist will conduct metallurgical analyses, oversee process control, and perform failure analysis to ensure product quality and reliability. Responsibilities include contributing to extractive metallurgy projects, conducting leaching experiments, and troubleshooting technical issues related to metallurgy processes. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Process Control and knowledge of Metallurgy processes
- Experience in Extractive Metallurgy and Leaching methodologies
- Expertise in Failure Analysis and problem-solving techniques
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- An understanding of relevant industry standards and laboratory safety protocols
