Enerloop India is hiring skilled Hyper-Metallurgy Engineers for our facility in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Optimisation and supervision of e-waste sorting lines (manual & mechanical)
* Identification and testing of incoming e-waste materials to determine metal content and recovery potential
* Evaluation of feedstock quality to decide which materials should be procured based on metal value
* Metal extraction, leaching, and smelting operations
* Maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation of plant machinery and sorting-line equipment
* Quality control, sampling, assay testing, and process documentation
* R&D and pilot-scale process improvement support
Requirements:
* B.Tech / M.Tech in Metallurgy or Materials Science
* Experience in extractive metallurgy, hydrometallurgy, e-waste recycling, material testing, or sorting-line operations preferred
