Metaforms is hiring a Unicom Survey Programming Expert to help deliver fast, reliable, and high-quality survey programs. You'll work closely with our programming, product, and client success teams to ensure every project meets the highest standards of precision, speed, and user experience. Responsibilities: Program surveys end-to-end using Unicom Intelligence (formerly known as IBM SPSS Data Collection / Dimensions). Write, validate, and troubleshoot complex scripts involving loops, quotas, skips, and custom logic. Build clean, modular, and reusable survey code structures. Collaborate with survey data processing and engineering teams to ensure alignment across workflows. Conduct thorough QA of programmed surveys before delivery. Help improve internal best practices and share feedback with the product team to evolve automation strategies. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in survey programming with Unicom Intelligence / Dimensions. Strong understanding of advanced survey logic (nested loops, dynamic quota management, custom validation rules). Solid troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and deliver under tight deadlines. Comfortable collaborating across teams (programming, data processing, engineering). Bonus Points If You: Have experience creating or working with reusable Unicom scripts/modules. Have supported international MR clients and handled multi-language surveys. Are excited by automation, AI-driven tools, and improving traditional MR workflows.
