Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Meta Sales Travel professional located in Gurgaon. The role involves selling travel packages by understanding client needs, offering suitable recommendations, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing sales inquiries, building relationships, developing training tools to enhance sales performance, and contributing to the growth of the company's revenue through strategic sales techniques. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention is a key component of this position.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively understand and respond to client needs
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management with a results-driven approach
- Ability to deliver Training sessions to improve sales capabilities and staff development
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships
- Proficiency in using sales tools and handling sales-related reporting
- Flexibility to work with on-site teams in Gurgaon
- Background in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
