About the role
Meta's Greater China Region (GCR) Reseller Business has been growing rapidly in the past few years. With this comes the huge opportunity to further scale and manage the efficiency of several complex reseller foundational and go-to-market programs, such as tooling and infrastructure build, upper funnel acquisition activities, scalable Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) activations, etc. This program manager role will be part of the reseller program management team and support the development of initiatives across the full GCR funnel spectrum and become a key stakeholder to both the reseller sales team and its resellers.
Reseller Program Manager Responsibilities
Be an objective stakeholder and work closely with various cross functional teams to design, implement and track the end to end roll out of SMB growth programs. Programs can relate to either the area of reseller ecosystem experience (reseller operations, portfolio management), or full China funnel growth (upper funnel & existing portfolio)
Lead a persuasive presentations and stories that demonstrate the value of Meta to reseller and relevant reseller ecosystem players to lift brand awareness and increase share of wallet from other competitor platforms
Influence, build trust and stakeholder alignment across cross functional stakeholders, such as Legal, Sales Planning, Marketing Science, Business Engineering etc.
Collaborate with GCR direct sales team to explore and scale new reseller related initiatives and programs
Drive the internal communications efforts within the Reseller community and the broader cross functional Meta community via the preparation and presentation of materials and programs (such as Reseller Summit etc.)
