About the Role 👥 We are looking for a skilled and strategic Meta Admin Manager to manage our Meta Business ecosystem and drive digital marketing excellence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, WhatsApp Business API, and performance marketing campaigns across Meta platforms. This role requires strong analytical thinking, partnership management skills, and a desire to grow within a dynamic marketing and technology team. 🚀
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities 🎯 Meta Business Manager Administration ■ Manage and maintain Meta Business Manager, including user access, permissions, ad accounts, pages, and pixels. ■ Ensure all assets are correctly structured and compliant with Meta's policies and best practices. Deal Registration & Partnership Management ■ Handle Meta Deal Registrations and HiPo (High Potential) Deals for co-marketing and incentive programs. ■ Work closely with Meta Partner Managers to manage deal approvals and tracking. Meta Advertising & Campaign Management ■ Plan, create, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. ■ Manage CTWA (Click-to-WhatsApp) campaigns end-to-end from creative briefing to performance analysis. WhatsApp Business Platform (WABA) Management ■ Administer WABA accounts linked to Helo.ai and enterprise clients. ■ Coordinate API integrations, template management, and compliance approvals. Reporting & Analytics ■ Generate performance reports using Meta Insights, Ads Manager, and Business Suite analytics. ■ Provide data-driven recommendations for scaling budgets and improving ROI. Compliance & Governance ■ Ensure all campaigns and business assets adhere to Meta's advertising and data privacy policies. ■ Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all Meta-related activities. Cross-Functional Collaboration ■ Liaise with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align Meta strategies with business goals. ■ Support Business Development in leveraging Meta partnerships for client acquisition. 🌱 Your Growth @ Helo.ai 🚀 At VivaConnect, growth isn't just a word—it's a mindset.
