Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective Facebook ad campaigns for our clients to drive website traffic and increase conversions.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance and make adjustments as needed to optimise results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ad campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and goals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Facebook advertising and implement new features and best practices as appropriate.
Identify opportunities for new ad campaigns and initiatives to drive business growth.
Collaborate with the product and design teams to create engaging ad creatives
Create and manage ad budgets and ensure they are being used effectively.
Monitor and analyse industry trends and competitor activity to inform ad campaign strategies.
Create and present reports on campaign performance and ROI to internal stakeholders.
Continuously test and optimise ad copy, targeting, and landing pages to improve performance

Requirement

2+ years of proven work experience as a performance-driven Facebook Ads media buyer, with e-commerce-based accounts.
Proven experience in creating and managing Facebook ad campaigns.
Strong attention to detail – you spot things that others miss.
Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest developments in digital marketing and advertising.

Strong analytical skills – you're basically a data experts
