About the role
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver high-performance hardware systems for AI accelerator and training platforms
- Drive NPI (New Product Introduction) efforts to enable the next generation of AI hardware
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver optimized hardware solutions
- Analyze performance, power, and thermal constraints to drive design decisions
- Leverage strong hardware design skills and domain expertise to solve complex engineering challenges
Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in hardware design, system architecture, or NPI for high-performance computing systems
- Strong understanding of computer architecture, digital logic design, and hardware/software co-design
- Proficient in HDL (e.g., Verilog, VHDL) and CAD tools (e.g., Cadence, Synopsys)
- Experience in designing and optimizing hardware systems for high-performance applications such as AI, ML, or HPC
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
