GenAI Knowledge Expert (Contract)

As a Knowledge Expert, you will contribute to training the next generation of groundbreaking AI models. The main function of a Knowledge Expert is to support and improve the quality of our foundational models by creating high quality data. Knowledge Experts are expected to become Subject Matter Experts on labeling workflows, producing top-tier original content in response to prompts (written and spoken-recorded). Responsibilities Become a subject matter expert in labeling workflows and labeling guidelines, practicing labeling in assigned queues to stay close to the workflow. Attend weekly business reviews and product team meetings and contribute to meetings regarding quality and/or technical barriers. Recommend optimization opportunities across the labeling program. Help support and exchange knowledge with other PDO DLAs. Skills Exceptional attention to detail Strategic & Organized: Ability to manage multiple projects/workflows/ communication channels simultaneously. Possess a strong writing style with excellent English-language spelling and grammar skills. Have a critical eye and the ability to clearly articulate nuance and patterns. Interest in AI and machine learning Experience working independently, stepping up to address a problem even when not given clear instruction.
