GenAI Knowledge Expert: Content Design (Contract)

The main function of a data labeling analyst is to create and manage labeling and change processes within the data management systems/tools. The typical data labeling analyst will have experience in data quality assurance, data analysis, and critical thinking. Our goal is to leverage Generative AI (GenAI) to help our content creators efficiently adhere to our content style and standards, and easily use the correct terminology. This directly supports our mission by increasing productivity, improving content quality, and enabling our translators to create that same consistent, quality experience for users around the world. We're looking for someone with strong editorial skills to help support content quality work at Meta. In this role, you will ensure content quality across Meta products by employing strong judgment, engaging in editorial analysis for terminology, formatting and other content standards, labeling GenAI output, and executing creative solutions. The ideal candidate will possess impeccable content design craft and a keen eye for reviewing short-form content (such as product UI sentences, error messages, and more) for terminology and content standards, adhering to nuanced and objective guidelines that establish and measure content quality.
