This includes, but isn't limited to, crucial areas such as scams and fraud, hate speech, harassment, bullying, misinformation and disinformation, illicit goods and activities. Organizational Leadership & Development: Lead and develop a large, multi-layered organization of PMs. Recruit, mentor, and foster the growth of content integrity PMs, building a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all levels of your teams. You will be responsible for leading and scaling director level leaders. Influencing and aligning diverse stakeholders is key. Operational Excellence at Scale: Oversee the development of AI/LLM systems, operational workflows, sophisticated tools, and robust processes used to identify, review, and act on problematic content in both organic and advertising contexts, continuously driving efficiency and effectiveness. Proactive Risk Management: Proactively identify and assess emerging content integrity risks, developing robust mitigation strategies and communicating potential impacts to leadership, considering both organic and advertising vectors.
