Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Meta and Google Ads Specialist, based in Pune Division. The specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads. Day-to-day tasks include keyword research, campaign setup, budget monitoring, performance analysis, and preparing reports showcasing ROI. Additional responsibilities include audience targeting, ad copy creation, A/B testing, and staying updated on platform guidelines and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns, including campaign setup and optimization.
- Strong skills in keyword research, audience targeting, and creating high-converting ad creatives and copy.
- Expertise in data analysis, performance tracking, and report preparation to demonstrate ROI and campaign success.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and advanced Excel for insights and metrics management.
- Ability to stay updated on new trends, platform policies, and industry best practices in digital advertising.
- Knowledge of A/B testing methods and strategies for continuous campaign improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and organizational skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and meeting tight deadlines.
