Role Description
This is a full-time Meta and Google Ads Expert role based on-site in Delhi, India. The professional in this position will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing Meta and Google advertising campaigns. Daily tasks will include conducting keyword research, analyzing campaign performance, creating ad strategies, and setting up targeted ad campaigns. The expert will work to ensure maximum ROI, troubleshoot campaign issues, and produce comprehensive performance reporting. Collaborating closely with the marketing team, this role requires an analytical mindset and a results-driven approach.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and related platforms for ad campaign management
- Proficiency in campaign analysis, performance reporting, and ROI optimization
- Skills in keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B ad testing
- Familiarity with budget allocation, bid management, and ad formats
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify campaign improvement opportunities
- Knowledge of industry trends and updates for Google and Meta advertising
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Relevant certifications in Google Ads and Meta Ads are preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
