🚀 We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Intern (Meta Ads – Experienced Only)
UEX Media & Technologies is looking for a performance-driven individual who has hands-on experience running Facebook & Instagram ads.
⚠️ This is NOT a beginner role. Please apply only if you have already managed real ad campaigns.
📍 Location: Ghaziabad (In-office)
💼 Type: Full-time Internship
💰 Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000/month + performance incentives

🔧 Responsibilities:
• Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• Optimize campaigns for conversions, CTR, and ROI
• Perform audience targeting, retargeting, and scaling
• Analyze performance data and improve results
• Test creatives, copies, and strategies
✅ Requirements:
• Prior experience running Facebook/Instagram ads
• Must have handled real ad budgets (₹1,00,000+ minimum)
• Ability to show results (screenshots/case studies preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
💡 Bonus:
Experience with funnels, creatives testing, or performance scaling
