We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist with a strong eCommerce background to join our performance marketing team. This is a hands-on role where you will manage paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for multiple clients, with a sharp focus on results. If you enjoy digging into data, testing creatives, and finding what actually moves the needle, this role is for you.
What You Will Do
- Plan, build, and manage Meta ad campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives for eCommerce clients.
- Set up and manage product catalogues and dynamic ads for product-based businesses.
- Handle pixel setup, custom events, and conversion tracking to ensure accurate attribution.
- Build and refine audiences including custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting segments.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and offers to continuously improve performance.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimise for ROAS, CPA, and other agreed KPIs.
- Prepare clear, client-friendly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with the design and content team to brief and review ad creatives.
- Stay current with Meta platform updates, algorithm changes, and eCommerce trends.
What We Are Looking For
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience running Meta ads, ideally in an agency setting.
- Proven experience with eCommerce clients and product catalogue campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Events Manager.
- Comfortable working with data and drawing actionable conclusions from campaign performance.
- Good written communication skills for reporting and client updates.
- Someone who takes ownership, does not wait to be told what to fix, and genuinely cares about results.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Google Ads or other paid channels.
- Familiarity with Shopify or WooCommerce from a tracking and catalogue perspective.
- Experience working on UK or international client accounts.
