Talent Glider Careers India is seeking a highly skilled Meta Ads Specialist to lead and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in performance marketing, campaign strategy, audience targeting, and data-driven optimization to generate high-quality leads and maximize return on investment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, launch, and manage high-performing Meta advertising campaigns.
Optimize campaign performance through continuous monitoring, testing, and analysis.
Conduct audience research, segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, and campaign objectives.
Track key performance metrics and prepare detailed performance reports.
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop compelling ad creatives.
Stay updated with Meta advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Manage advertising budgets while ensuring maximum campaign efficiency and ROI.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–5 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, and Conversion API.
Experience with lead generation, e-commerce, and performance marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in audience targeting, retargeting, campaign optimization, and budget management.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and campaign reporting.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
