Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Meta Ads Specialist to join our team on-site at our office in Gurugram. The Meta Ads Specialist will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and creating targeted campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms. This includes analyzing campaign performance, working with the creative team to develop compelling ad content, and strategizing ad placements to maximize return on investment. The role also involves staying up to date with the latest ad platform policies and trends in digital advertising.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, campaign setup, optimization, and ad budgeting
- Expertise in ad targeting strategies, audience segmentation, and analytics review
- Experience in creative content development, ad copy creation, and understanding ad design principles
- Data interpretation and reporting skills for tracking metrics and campaign performance
- Strong understanding of paid social media strategies and trends
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of SEO and other digital marketing channels is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent experience
