I need a Meta Ads Specialist who actually knows what they're doing ā not someone who just boosts posts and calls it advertising.
What I need:
ā Someone who can set up real campaigns in Ads Manager
ā Build audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting funnels
ā Optimize for leads and bookings, not vanity metrics
ā Send me weekly reports I can actually understand
ā Has proof of results (screenshots, case studies)
ā Bonus: Experience running ads for real estate agents, clinics, or spas
