Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Meta Ads Specialist. The Meta Ads Specialist will manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, create engaging ads, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies to generate leads and maximize ROI. The role involves budget management, market research, and collaboration with other teams to ensure alignment with marketing goals and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in creating and managing Meta ads campaigns, understanding audience targeting, and budgeting
- Experience in analyzing campaign performance metrics and implementing optimization strategies
- Strong skills in digital marketing, copywriting, and campaign strategy development
- Excellent knowledge of market research, competitive analysis, and trend assessment
- Proficiency in communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Capability to work on-site in Kolkata
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role or in online advertising will be an advantage
