🚀 Hiring: Meta Ads Specialist (Remote | Performance-Based)
Grow Revenue Media is a full-stack growth partner for coaches and B2B businesses. We handle content, outreach, video, automation and paid acquisition so our clients can focus on their craft.
We're looking for a Meta Ads Specialist who is measured on one thing: booked sales calls.
Not impressions. Not CTR. Not "engagement." Booked calls that show up on the calendar.
What you'll be doing:
→ Building, launching and scaling Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ad campaigns for our clients and for GRM itself → Owning the full funnel: audience targeting, creative testing, landing page/lead form flow, right through to the booked call → Writing and briefing ad creative (hooks, angles, primary text) and iterating fast on what converts → Running structured tests: audiences, creatives, offers, placements. Killing losers quickly, scaling winners → Managing budgets responsibly and reporting cost per lead and cost per booked call weekly → Working with our automation and follow-up systems so leads actually convert into calls, not dead form fills → Feeding insights back to the team on what messaging and offers are landing
You're a great fit if:
→ You've personally run Meta ads with real budget behind them and can talk through what worked and what didn't → You understand lead quality, not just lead volume. You know a ₹80 lead that never books is worse than a ₹400 lead that does → You're comfortable in Ads Manager, pixel/CAPI setup, custom and lookalike audiences, and conversion tracking → You can write or direct ad copy and creative angles. You're not waiting on someone else to hand you assets → You think in numbers: CPL, CPA, cost per booked call, ROAS, hook rate → You're self-driven and can operate without daily supervision → Bonus: experience with coaches, high-ticket services, or webinar/VSL/application funnels
What you DON'T need:

What you DO need:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience running Meta Ads ✓ Proof you've driven real results with paid traffic ✓ Ownership mindset — this is your funnel, your numbers ✓ Speed. We test fast and iterate faster
Compensation:
Fixed monthly base plus performance-based payout tied to qualified booked calls generated. Strong performers get more account ownership, bigger budgets and a higher ceiling quickly.
