We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist with strong expertise in paid social campaigns and performance marketing.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• Manage daily ad budgets ranging from ₹30,000–₹40,000
• Develop audience targeting and retargeting strategies
• Optimize campaigns for ROI, CPL, and conversions
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages
• Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable reports
• Collaborate with design and content teams for high-performing creatives
Requirements:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads
• Experience managing high daily ad budgets
• Strong understanding of Ads Manager, Pixel tracking, and Conversion APIs
• Expertise in campaign optimization and performance marketing
• Experience with e-commerce and lead generation campaigns
• Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred:
• Experience with Google Analytics and CRM integrations
• Understanding of funnel strategy and performance marketing
