🚀 Hiring: Meta Ads Specialist | Performance Marketing
We’re looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist who knows how to turn clicks into conversions. If you have hands-on experience managing Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns and love scaling performance, this role is for you!
📍 Location: [Gurugram/ WFH]
💼 Experience: (minimum) 1–4 Years (EdTech experience preferred)
🔍 Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI
Perform audience targeting, A/B testing, and retargeting strategies
Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights
Work closely with creative & content teams for ad copies and creatives
Track conversions using Pixel, events, and analytics tools
✅ Requirements
Proven experience running high-performing Meta Ads campaigns
Strong understanding of Ads Manager, Pixel setup & tracking
Hands-on experience with scaling campaigns & lead generation
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
Good communication and coordination skills

Experience in EdTech / Lead Generation campaigns
Knowledge of Google Ads or other paid platforms
