AdDestini is a growing digital marketing agency based in Siwan, Bihar, specializing in Facebook & Instagram advertising, Lead Generation, and Performance Marketing.
We are looking for a passionate Facebook Ads Executive to join our team!
📋 Responsibilities:
✅ Create & manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
✅ Audience research, targeting & budget optimization
✅ A/B testing & campaign performance analysis
✅ Weekly client reporting
✅ Work closely with the founder on strategy
🎯 Requirements:
✅ 0–2 years experience (Freshers with certification welcome)
✅ Hands-on knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager
✅ Basic Canva skills
✅ Good communication in Hindi & English
✅ Office-based — Siwan, Bihar
💰 Salary:
₹8,000 – ₹15,000/month + Performance Bonus
