Hiring: Meta Ads Performance Marketer (Facebook & Instagram) – India
We’re looking for a results-driven Meta Performance Marketer to manage and scale paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for lead generation, sales, and brand growth.

📍 Location: India (Remote)
💼 Type: Freelance / Contract
⏳ Experience: 2+ Years Preferred
What You’ll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns
- Manage Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager
- Create audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike strategies
- Monitor ROAS, CPL, CTR, CPA, and campaign performance
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, and funnels
- Coordinate with designers/content teams for ad creatives
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability
- Prepare weekly performance reports and insights
Requirements
- Proven experience running profitable Meta ad campaigns
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics
- Experience with eCommerce, lead generation, or D2C brands
- Ability to analyze data and optimize budgets effectively
- Familiarity with Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and tracking setup
- Good communication and reporting skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience landing page tools
- Basic copywriting and creative strategy understanding
- Knowledge of Google Ads is a plus
Compensation
💰 Project-based / Monthly retainer (Negotiable based on experience)
