Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Meta Ads Manager. The Meta Ads Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns to drive measurable outcomes and ROI for clients. Daily tasks include crafting ad strategies, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and implementing insights to improve results. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align ad initiatives with other marketing efforts will also be a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members effectively
- Sales and Marketing expertise to strategize and execute ad campaigns that achieve growth objectives
- Proficiency in Advertising and Project Management to plan, execute, and oversee ad performance
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with managing Meta (formerly Facebook) Ads campaigns; certifications are a plus
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus, but not required
