Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Meta Ads Manager who can plan, launch, optimize, and scale Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should be analytical, creative, and passionate about performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CPL, and conversions.
- Conduct audience research and build high-performing targeting strategies.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently.
- Coordinate with designers and content teams for ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads trends and platform updates.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
- Experience with Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Experience working with eCommerce and lead generation campaigns is preferred.
- Google Ads experience is a plus.
