🚀 We're Hiring | Meta Ads Manager
📍 Location: On-site
💼 Experience: 1–3 Years
💰 CTC: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month (Based on Experience)
Are you passionate about creating high-performing Facebook and Instagram campaigns? We're looking for a data-driven Meta Ads Manager to join the CHKOKKO marketing team and help scale our digital growth.
What You'll Do
✅ Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
✅ Monitor campaign performance, budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
✅ Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance
✅ Analyze key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions
✅ Set up and manage Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI)
✅ Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives
✅ Prepare regular performance reports and recommend optimization strategies
What We're Looking For
✔️ 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads
✔️ Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API
✔️ Experience in campaign optimization and performance marketing
✔️ Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for campaign analysis
✔️ Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
✔️ Excellent communication and reporting abilities
