We are looking for a result-oriented Meta Ads Expert with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in managing and scaling paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in lead generation, funnel optimization, and performance marketing, especially for high-volume campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns on: Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
- Design and execute lead generation funnels (top to bottom funnel strategy)
- Define and optimize: Target audiences (custom, lookalike, interest-based)
- Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies for maximum ROI
- Continuously optimize campaigns for: CPL, CTR, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Perform A/B testing on: Creatives (images/videos), ad copies, headlines, CTAs
- Coordinate with design/content teams for high-performing creatives
- Track and analyze performance using: Meta Pixel and Google Analytics
- Ensure proper implementation of: Conversion tracking, events, and remarketing strategies
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations
- Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in: Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads campaigns
- Strong experience in: Lead generation campaigns (must-have) funnel building and audience segmentation
- Deep understanding of: Campaign structure, ad sets, and bidding strategies
- Expertise in: Retargeting and remarketing campaigns
- Ability to scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency
