As digital advertising continues to evolve, performance marketing plays a critical role in how brands scale, generate leads, build awareness, and drive conversions. We are looking for a Meta Ads Executive who understands not only campaign setup and optimization, but also audience psychology, creative performance, data interpretation, and strategic ad execution.
This role requires someone who can balance analytical thinking with creative understanding while managing performance-driven campaigns across Meta platforms.
Role Overview
As a Meta Ads Executive at Tysh, you will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
Your role will involve working closely with strategists, designers, content teams, and brand managers to create high-performing campaigns aligned with brand objectives, audience behavior, and business goals. You will be responsible for audience targeting, campaign structuring, budget allocation, performance optimization, reporting, and scaling strategies.
We are looking for someone who understands both the technical and creative side of advertising — someone who can identify why a campaign performs, what creative works best, how audiences behave, and how to improve results through strategic optimization.
The ideal candidate should be data-driven, detail-oriented, creatively aware, and updated with changing trends in digital advertising and consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Strategy
- Plan and execute Meta advertising campaigns based on brand goals and marketing objectives
- Understand campaign objectives including awareness, engagement, traffic, lead generation, sales, and retargeting
- Develop audience targeting strategies based on demographics, interests, behavior, and customer insights for India and Abroad.
- Assist in building full-funnel advertising approaches for different brands and industries
Campaign Management
- Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns through Meta Ads Manager
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven decisions
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and ad placements
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copies, audiences, and campaign structures
- Scale campaigns efficiently while maintaining performance quality
Performance Optimization
- Analyze campaign metrics including:
- CTR
- CPC
- CPM
- ROAS
- Conversion rates
- Engagement metrics
- Lead quality
- Identify underperforming areas and implement optimization strategies
- Improve campaign performance through audience refinement, creative suggestions, and strategic testing
- Understand attribution, tracking behavior, and conversion optimization
Creative & Content Collaboration
- Work closely with designers, strategists, and content writers to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Provide feedback on visual direction, ad formats, hooks, and messaging based on performance insights
- Understand what types of content perform across different audiences and industries
- Assist in developing ad angles, campaign concepts, and conversion-focused messaging
Reporting & Insights
- Create campaign performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Present performance analysis in a clear and organized manner
- Track trends, market changes, and audience behavior patterns
- Maintain organized reporting systems and campaign documentation
Pixel & Tracking Understanding
- Basic understanding of:
- Meta Pixel
- Conversion API
- Event tracking
- Retargeting audiences
- Custom and lookalike audiences
- Coordinate with developers or technical teams when required for tracking implementation
Trend & Platform Awareness
- Stay updated with Meta algorithm changes, advertising trends, platform updates, and evolving consumer behavior
- Research competitor campaigns and industry advertising patterns
- Understand short-form content trends and performance-focused creative strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Advertising & Analytical Skills
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and campaign setup
- Ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns strategically
- Understanding of audience targeting, funnel structures, and customer journeys
- Analytical mindset with performance-oriented thinking
Technical Understanding
- Familiarity with Meta Pixel, event tracking, and conversion-based optimization
- Basic understanding of website behavior, landing pages, and conversion flow
- Ability to troubleshoot campaign-related issues when required
Creative Understanding
- Understanding of ad creatives, hooks, visual communication, and content performance
- Ability to identify why certain creatives perform better than others
- Strong awareness of digital trends, consumer attention spans, and social media behavior
Professional Skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment

Experience Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in Meta advertising or performance marketing
- Experience managing campaigns for brands, businesses, or agencies
- Proven understanding of campaign optimization and scaling strategies
- Experience working with lead generation, e-commerce, or awareness campaigns is preferred
- Agency experience is an added advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Google Ads or other digital advertising platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, or landing page systems is beneficial
- Basic understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics is preferred
- Experience working with luxury, lifestyle, fashion, healthcare, or modern consumer brands is an advantage
