Role Description
This is a remote role based in Bengaluru for a META Ads Expert. The META Ads Expert will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and other META-owned products.
This isn't a typical agency job where you are an account manager or a campaign manager. You will handle the client directly with senior folks and will have a first hand experience of executing growth through ads while talking to Founders and CXOs.
Qualifications
- Hands on expertise in META Ads Manager, ad campaign optimisation, and audience targeting.
- Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights from data.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, bid strategy optimisation, and campaign budget management.
- Experience with copywriting, ad creative development, and CTA design for engaging targeted audiences.
- Familiarity with performance marketing, lead generation, and conversion rate optimisation.
- Understanding of AI-powered marketing tools and analytics platforms is a plus.

Salary
16-25L PA full time or 1.3L PM for freelancer
