We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Expert with 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing and scaling paid campaigns on Facebook & Instagram. If you are passionate about digital marketing, data analysis, and driving ROI, we’d love to have you on our team!
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns, including lead generation and conversion-focused objectives.
- Strong skills in campaign strategy, audience targeting, budget management, and performance optimization within Meta Ads Manager or Business Manager.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, including interpreting metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and creating actionable insights.
- Experience with creative testing, ad copywriting for performance campaigns, and collaboration with design teams for high-impact creatives.
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including funnel strategy, remarketing, tracking (Pixel, Conversion API), and basic SEO/SEM concepts.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management workflows in call center or tele-sales environments is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work closely with sales and operations teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in Meta advertising or digital marketing are a plus.
