Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage performance-driven campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for ecommerce brands.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Conduct audience research, segmentation, and targeting strategies for acquisition and retargeting campaigns.
- Work closely with creative teams to brief ad creatives, messaging, and testing strategies.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and campaign structures to identify winning strategies.
- Track campaign performance using GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio and ensure proper tracking implementation.
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports with key insights, performance analysis, and improvement opportunities.
- Present campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Monitor funnel metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate to identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop scaling strategies for high-performing campaigns while maintaining stable and healthy ROAS.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align campaign objectives with overall marketing strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads, preferably managing ecommerce accounts.
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, campaign structures, and conversion tracking.
- Practical experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Looker Studio reporting.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Experience managing high-budget campaigns and scaling profitable campaigns.
- Understanding of pixel implementation, conversion APIs, and event tracking.
- Ability to prepare client-ready reports and present insights clearly.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working with multiple ecommerce brands or agencies.
