Role Overview:
We're looking for a fresher who's eager to learn and grow in the field of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising. You'll assist in setting up, running, and optimizing ad campaigns, researching audiences, tracking performance, and preparing basic reports — all while working closely with our creative and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and managing Meta ad campaigns
- Support audience research and targeting
- Monitor campaign performance and help optimize budgets
- Help prepare simple performance reports
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad assets
- Stay updated on Meta advertising trends and policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar tools (internship/academic project experience is a plus)
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Strong attention to detail and time management
