Meta Ads Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Executive to manage, optimize, and scale Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and a strong understanding of performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
- Conduct audience research and A/B testing.
- Implement and manage Meta Pixel and Conversion API.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and campaign strategies.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Meta Ads.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.
- Experience with lead generation and eCommerce campaigns.
- Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and MS Excel is preferred.
