Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Rajasthan, India, for a Meta Ads Executive. The selected individual will be responsible for creating and executing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns. Key tasks include designing ad strategies, conducting market research, targeting the right audience, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI. Collaborating with the team to create compelling visuals and ad copy, staying up-to-date with Meta platform updates, and managing advertising budgets are essential components of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, campaign optimization, and paid social media strategies
- Experience in market research, audience targeting, and analyzing advertising metrics
- Familiarity with creative ad development, including design and copywriting skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment and meet project deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the digital marketing industry or a similar role is an added advantage
