Job Title: Meta Ads Creative Designer (Performance Marketing)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative designer who can design high-converting ad creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram). The role focuses on performance-driven creatives, not just aesthetic design.
Responsibilities:
- Design static creatives (1080×1350) for Meta Ads
- Create multiple variations for A/B testing
- Develop creatives for study abroad campaigns (UK, Ireland, etc.)
- Work closely with marketing team to improve CTR & conversions
- Design carousels and basic video creatives
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in Meta Ads creatives
- Strong understanding of ad hooks and user psychology
- Experience in Canva / Photoshop / Figma
- Ability to deliver fast iterations
Good to Have:
- Experience in education / study abroad industry
- Basic video editing (Reels)
Output Expectation:
- 10–20 creatives per week
- Fast turnaround (24–48 hrs)
Location: Noida Office
- Compensation: Based on experience
