Job Responsibilities:
• Plan, create & optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
• Generate quality leads and improve campaign performance
• Audience research, targeting & retargeting
• A/B testing of creatives, copies & campaign strategies
• Monitor ad performance and optimize ROAS
• Setup and manage Meta Pixel & conversion tracking
• Coordinate with designers and content team for ad creatives
• Prepare weekly/monthly campaign performance reports
Requirements:
• Experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
• Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns
• Knowledge of audience targeting and campaign optimization
• Basic understanding of creatives and landing pages
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Good communication and analytical skills
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with healthcare, education or local business campaigns
• Familiarity with Canva, CRM tools & reporting dashboards
• Understanding of social media marketing trends
