We’re Hiring: Meta Ads Associate

We’re looking for a Meta Ads Associate who understands that ads are not just about reach or engagement — they are about generating qualified enquiries, conversions, and revenue.
This role is ideal for someone who can manage campaigns with clarity, think strategically, and work closely with content and creative teams to improve performance consistently.
What you’ll do:
• Plan, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns focused on lead generation
• Monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on CPL, CTR, conversion quality, and overall results
• Coordinate with the content and editing team to ensure creatives match campaign objectives
• Analyse winning ads and identify what is driving performance
• Test new audiences, angles, creatives, and campaign structures
• Work closely with the Founder to improve systems and scale client accounts
What we’re looking for:
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager
• Good analytical thinking and performance mindset
• Ability to interpret campaign data and make optimization decisions
• Comfortable working with service-based businesses
• Clear communication and fast execution
• Prior experience in lead generation campaigns is a strong plus
Bonus if you have experience with:
• Architecture, interiors, real estate, or construction brands
• Creative testing frameworks
• Funnel-based ad strategy and retargeting campaigns
