Hiring: Meta Ads Specialist / Manager
📍 Location: Hassan, Karnataka

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist / Manager to join our growing marketing team.
If you have strong expertise in running and scaling Facebook & Instagram Ads campaigns and generating measurable results, we’d love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta ad campaigns
- Manage lead generation & conversion campaigns
- Perform audience research and retargeting
- Monitor KPIs like CPL, CPA, ROAS
- A/B testing of creatives and ad copies
- Generate performance reports & insights
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Pixel setup
- Data-driven mindset
- Must be willing to relocate to Hassan, Karnataka
Salary:
- ₹2 – ₹2.5 LPA
- Negotiable based on performance and experience during interview
