About the role

We are looking for a reliable and friendly Customer Service Representative to join one of our industry leading clients based in the Oldbury area! In this role, you will be the main point of contact for their customers, providing exceptional service, answering inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Job duties: Customer Support: Aid customers via phone and email, ensuring all queries are answered promptly and professionally. Product Assistance: Offer information about products, including features, availability, pricing, and delivery options. Order Management: Process customer orders, handle returns and exchanges, and update customers on the status of their orders. Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints or issues and provide effective solutions in a courteous manner. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback in the company's system. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in other departments, such as sales and warehouse, to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Has access to all portals and Standard Operating Procedures for annual leave covering.
