RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities
🔹 SharePoint Online (Core Technology Area)
Manage And Troubleshoot:
- Site collections (Modern/Classic), Hub sites, Group-connected sites
- Permission models (SP groups, M365 groups, inheritance)
- External sharing (anonymous links, domain restrictions)
Handle:
- Search issues (indexing, crawl delays, result inconsistency)
- OneDrive sync issues (NGSC, conflicts, throttling)
- Large libraries & list threshold limitations
Support:
- Content migrations, site restructuring, governance
- Lifecycle management (orphan sites, archival, cleanup)
🔹 Exchange Online (Messaging & Compliance)
Manage:
- Mailbox types, DLs, shared mailboxes, permissions
- Mail flow (connectors, transport rules, anti-spam policies)
Troubleshoot:
- NDRs, delays, routing issues
- Message trace & header analysis
- Spam/phishing, quarantine (Defender policies)
Implement:
- Retention, litigation hold, eDiscovery
- Hybrid mail flow (if applicable)
🔹 Microsoft Teams (Collaboration Platform)
Manage:
- Team lifecycle (creation, expiration, archival)
- Channels (Standard, Private, Shared) & SharePoint dependencies
Troubleshoot:
- Provisioning issues, access issues, and Teams client/service inconsistencies
- Guest access, federation, and external collaboration issues
Configure:
- Messaging policies, app policies, and governance controls
- Naming conventions, templates, and provisioning standards
Understand Dependencies:
- Exchange (calendar integration) + SharePoint (file storage)
🔹 Azure AD (Entra ID) – Identity & Access
Manage:
- Users, groups, service principals, and enterprise applications
- RBAC roles and administrative units
Configure & Troubleshoot:
- Conditional Access policies (grant/session controls)
- MFA (enforcement, registration, troubleshooting)
- SSO integrations (SAML/OAuth-based apps)
Handle:
- Identity lifecycle (joiner/mover/leaver processes)
- Access issues across M365 workloads
Support:
- Identity governance (access reviews, entitlement management – basic)
- Hybrid identity (AAD Connect – basic understanding
🔹 Intune (Endpoint Management)
Manage:
- Device enrollment (Windows, iOS, Android)
- Compliance policies, configuration profiles
Troubleshoot:
- Device sync issues, policy conflicts, app deployment failures
Support:
- Conditional Access with device compliance
- Endpoint security baseline configurations
🔹 Power Platform (Automation & Apps)
Support And Troubleshoot:
- Power Automate flows (failures, connector issues, API limits)
- Power Apps (access, performance, integration issues)
Manage:
- Environmental governance, DLP policies, connector controls
Understand:
- Integration with SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and external systems
🔹 Proofpoint
Email hygiene and spam rule
Email Firewall Rules
Data Leakage Policies
SMTP queue monitoring and Troubleshooting
TAP, TRAP, Fraud defense
Certificate Management

QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–7 years in Microsoft 365 / O365 (L2/L3 support)
- Strong troubleshooting and RCA skills
- Automation mindset and problem-solving approach
- Ability to work in enterprise-scale environments
- Customer Focused
- Microsoft/Azure Certified
